At Next Chapter Alliance, we provide flexible and affordable event spaces for meetings, workshops, celebrations, community events, and special occasions. Please review the information below before booking.

Capacity

• Up to 26 guests with tables
• Up to 33 guests lecture-style (without tables)

Rental Rate

• $40 per hour
• Minimum reservation: 2 hours

Overtime Rate

• $30 per additional hour

Kitchen Access

Kitchen access is available for an additional fee.

Kitchen Usage & Cleaning Fee

• $60 per event

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required to reserve your event date.

Deposit Amount

• $150 refundable security deposit

The deposit will be returned following the event provided:

• No damages occur
• No smoking or vaping violations occur
• No excessive cleaning is required
• All facility policies are followed

Every reservation includes:

• Tables and chairs based on selected setup
• Access to restrooms
• Basic room setup
• Standard lighting

• Standard post-event cleaning

Cleaning Requirements

Guests are responsible for:

• Removing all decorations
• Removing personal belongings
• Disposing of trash in designated areas
• Leaving the facility in acceptable condition

Additional Cleaning Fee

A $150 cleaning fee may be charged if:

• Excessive trash is left behind
• Decorations are not removed
• Furniture is moved and not returned properly
• Spills require extensive cleaning
• Biohazard cleanup is required

Decorations Policy

To protect the facility:

• Decorations must be approved in advance
• No nails, screws, staples, or damaging adhesives may be used
• Open flames are prohibited unless approved in writing
• All decorations must be removed immediately after the event

Catering & Decorators

Outside catering is permitted with prior approval.

 - Decorating Services

Next Chapter Alliance partners with DeeDee Treasures for decorating services.

Outside decorators must receive prior approval from facility management.

Event Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:

• No illegal activity is permitted
• No smoking or vaping inside or outside the facility
• Alcohol requires prior written approval
• Noise levels must remain respectful of neighboring businesses
• Events must end at the scheduled time
• Users are responsible for all guests, vendors, and attendees

Failure to follow facility policies may result in additional fees and/or forfeiture of the security deposit.

Payment Terms

• A $150 security deposit is required to reserve your date.
• The remaining balance is due in full 30 days before the event.

  • PayPal
  • Zelle
  • Major Credit Cards

Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

More Than 30 Days Before Event

• Full refund (excluding any non-refundable fees)

Within 20 Days of Event

• Refunds may be granted at the discretion of management

No-Show

• No refund

Damage Responsibility

The renter is responsible for any damage to:

• Facility property
• Furniture
• Equipment
• Fixtures
• Building contents

Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter.
